This is the WCC Online Cookbook, the result of a collaborative effort between Washtenaw Community College's Technical Writing Program and Culinary Arts Program. Within are nearly two dozen recipes, complete with ingredients and step-by-step instructions for turning them from fantasy, to mouth watering reality.
