Hi!

I'm Cheryl Davisson Gracie.

I've been teaching for about 10 years now. Most of my time has been spent as a full-time faculty member of Washtenaw Community College in Ann Arbor, Michigan. I am an attorney, who is also a C.P.A.. So, I teach mostly Business Law, Tax, and other business subjects.

However, my special passion is Small Business and the Entrepreneur. I take an active interest in the work of the Center for Empowerment and Economic Development in Washtenaw County, (aka known as CEED), and serve as a member of its board of directors. Currently, I working with members of CEED to establish an e-commerce site for women.

I especially like collaborative approaches in the classroom, (including on-line classrooms), that help students acquire the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that they need to successfully meet the challenges of today's world, especially those of the work place.

My Interests

I am particularly interested in the following issues and concerns for today. Over time, I have collected and identified a variety of resources concerning them which have resulted in my own web pages.
